We are a family of four relocating to Perth from Europe. Two adults and two young children aged 5 and 2.
We are looking for a self-contained granny flat, a separate unit, or a private floor within a family home.

We are non-smokers, have no pets, and live a calm, respectful family life.
We value a clean, safe and family-friendly home with a good level of privacy.

Our planned move-in is late February or early March and we are flexible with dates.
We are looking to stay for around three months, with the possibility of extending if it suits both sides.

Happy to provide references. We also have a close family member living in Perth who can act as a local contact if helpful.
