Hello, we are two guys aged 21 and 22,

We are both tidy, respectful, and disciplined, and we both work full-time jobs. We are also both active in sports one of us plays rugby and the other plays soccer.

We can also provide a reference who can confirm all of this. We would be happy to come for an inspection, and we are looking to move by around 26 March.

Our budget is approximately A$300–350 each per week, preferably in the Surfers Paradise area.
