Hi! I’m Nathan. I’ve recently graduated from UNSW and am currently working in Sydney. I’m looking for a clean, respectful share house with friendly, reliable flatmates.

I’m tidy, well-organised and considerate of shared spaces. I do smoke, but only outdoors and always away from indoor areas, and I’m very mindful of keeping the home clean and free from smell. I don’t drink much and keep a fairly regular routine.

I’ve lived in share houses before and understand the importance of paying rent and bills on time, maintaining common areas, and communicating openly about household matters. I respect others’ privacy and value a calm and comfortable living environment.
