Hi, I’m Dean. I’m pretty quiet, respectful, and low-key by nature. I’m self-employed as a finance consultant (working from home), also do night-shift traffic control, and I’m a student pilot — so my schedule is varied and I’m often out and about. Also a very frequent gym goer and love my weekly jiu jitzu classes!

What Makes Me Great to Live With

I’m tidy, considerate, and value a calm, drama-free home. I clean up after myself, keep noise to a minimum, and always respect shared spaces. I’m friendly and easy to get along with, but not someone who brings chaos into the house.

I also have a well-behaved Labrador, Boo, who keeps me busy and gets me out of the house a lot. Overall, I’m reliable, independent, and treat the place like a home rather than just somewhere to crash.
