I am a responsible and respectful tenant. I am a mother to a five-year-old child with whom I have shared custody, spending one week on and one week off. he is a bright bubbly and very vocal little man who loves meeting new people and forms amazing relationships with new people, I am more than comfortable sharing a bedroom with my child during my week with him. his father and i have an amazing co parenting relationship where we value our child’s needs above anything,
I take pride in maintaining a clean and well-kept home, paying rent on time, and fostering positive relationships with landlords and neighbors. i am respectful of personal space and boundaries while still ensuring home always feels like home, i’m also big on communication so addressing any issues is easy to do with me, im always open to hearing others needs, and take pride in keeping and maintaining a close but respectful bond with others i may live with
