My name is Derek, originally from Taiwan. I’m currently working as a waiter at the Sunshine Beach Surf Club and planning to move to other place. And start a carpentry apprenticeship and complete my second visa. I’m looking for a room from March 17 to July 31st.
I’m an active person who spends most of my free time surfing, skating, or at the gym. When I’m home, I’m quiet and respectful of shared spaces. I take pride in keeping my environment tidy and am very reliable with rent and household responsibilities. I’m a "chill" housemate who enjoys a chat but also values everyone’s primacy.
