I am Shahana Seyar. I hail from Pakistan. professionally I am geospatial scientist for natural hazards assessments and help the people through early warning alerts and save lives. but I have come to Australia for masters in Public policy and management under the prestigious Australia Award scholarship at the University of Melbourne and that’s one of the major reason I would love to have this apartment as it is very close to the university as well as has gym so I can keep myself fit. I am a very neat and clean person and will keep the property in the best of its shape. since I am in Australia for the first time and struggling a lot with finding accommodation, I will request you to please consider me, so I can save my time. my university is starting from Monday (19th of January) and I will have very little time to inspect more properties then please.
Furthermore, I am its been a few days of me being in Australia, I just got my bank account opened and I will have my relocation funds from university in coming week, then I will be able to show my bank statement meanwhile I have attached my Pakistan account statement which is my foreign currency account and is my supporting funds as well also attaching my scholarship details to make sure I will have my funds available to pay the rent and bills etc. Similarly, since I am new to the place I don’t have 2 years of history living, its a humble request please make an exception for me.
