We recently moved to live with family in Perth. As an electrician residing here, I have a strong application for the importance of maintaining and caring for a home. My skills in construction and maintenance ensure that i can keep the property in excellent condition.

In addition to my professional background, i enjoy an active lifestyle that includes competing at high level amateur boxing and includes regular gym sessions and outdoor activities. This not only keeps me healthy but keeps me mentally strong and responsible.

Me and my partner Molly are recently engaged and are looking to make a house somewhere we can call a home and this property has all of the aspects suited to this.

We have enough money in savings that would cover the 12 months rent, I started working here full time as an Electrical TA on 08/12/2025 so i can send you my contract and pay slip.
