Lea and Elias

Hello,
We hope you’re doing well!
Our names are Elias (25) and Lea (28), and we are a couple in Perth looking for a place to call home long-term.
Elias is studying his PhD in Applied Geology at Curtin University and has a full-time employment contract in place. Lea has a background in Educational Sciences and works at the moment full-time in retail.
We can provide payslips, bank statements, and any additional documents required. If we feel comfortable in the apartment/house, we are very happy to stay long-term (up to three years).
A bit about us:
• We are non-smokers, have no pets, and live a quiet, respectful lifestyle
• Cleanliness, organisation, and taking good care of a property are very important to us
• We are reliable, easy-going, and treat a rental as if it were our own home
• Elias is a passionate geologist who enjoys nature and mineral collecting
• Lea loves knitting, outdoor sports, and being active
• We come from Austria and Germany and are open, friendly people who value good relationships
