Lea and Elias

We hope you’re doing well!
Our names are Elias (25) and Lea (28), and we are a couple moving to Perth around 21 January, looking for a place to call home long-term.
Elias will be starting his PhD in Applied Geology at Curtin University in January and already has a full-time employment contract in place. His income is more than sufficient to comfortably cover the rent for both. Lea has a background in Educational Sciences, holds a Work and Holiday visa, and is planning to start working in Perth shortly after arrival.
We can provide payslips, bank statements, and any additional documents required. Ideally, we would like to move in from 21 January onwards. If we feel comfortable in the apartment/house, we are very happy to stay long-term (up to three years).
A bit about us:
• We are non-smokers, have no pets, and live a quiet, respectful lifestyle
• Cleanliness, organisation, and taking good care of a property are very important to us
• We are reliable, easy-going, and treat a rental as if it were our own home
• Elias is a passionate geologist who enjoys nature and mineral collecting
• Lea loves knitting, outdoor sports, and being active
• We come from Austria and Germany and are open, friendly people who value good relationships
