Hello, my name is Jenna. I am seeking a short-term, self-contained rental in Sydney, while working. The area isn't too important as my job can have me working in a different area each day.

I work in event management and value a quiet, well-maintained home. I am organised, respectful, and take care of the space I live in.

I am from Newcastle and have chose to secure a rental rather than stay in hotels, as I prefer stability. I am not party-focused, value privacy, and keep shared areas clean, organised, and orderly.

Outside of work, I lead a relaxed and low-key lifestyle. I enjoy yoga, drawing, and gardening, which suits a quiet, calm home environment.

I am ideally looking for a studio, granny flat, or whole property for approximately 2 months, though I am open to a shorter arrangement or longer as I will be looking at long term rentals once I know the area I would prefer to live in which I will determine in the 2 month stay. I am already working from Sydney and am ready to move in immediately. My budget is $1,000+ per week.
