Hi, we’re Rin and Tam, close friends relocating from Adelaide to Victoria to take up new work opportunities. We both work full-time in caring professions, Rin as a social worker and Tam as a nurse, and value a calm, comfortable home to return to after busy workdays. We are quiet, neat, and respectful tenants who genuinely treat a home as if it were our own. The property would be a place to unwind and recharge during the week, and on weekends we’re excited to explore and enjoy the local area. We are also both homeowners and have experience as landlords ourselves, which gives us a strong understanding of the trust involved in renting out a property. We take pride in maintaining a home to a high standard and would ensure it is cared for with the same respect and attention we give our own properties.
