I'm Clinton, 38 and currently living at Kallangur.

For clarity I most likely will only want to move in for 1-3 months. I'm supposed to be moving in with a friend around deception bay area (most likely) but Xmas period extended how long it's gonna take to get approved for a house.

I've labelled myself as a smoker but I only smoke vapes now (which don't stain walls and don't stink up rooms like cigarettes).

I'm very quiet and very conscious of not being too loud for people. I tend to also just keep to myself for the most part. I'm also a bit of a night owl so you might barely see me at all depending on your sleeping routine lol

I don't work currently but rent will always be on time, I do not like accruing debts whatsoever, I don't even use afterpay or anything.

Also if you live near a train station, a main bus line, a gym, and/or a shopping centre, those are huge pluses. But not all essential.

And so you can get some idea of my personality..
Very quiet, awkward and anxious but also very polite and considerate. I have no ideology whatsoever either politically or religiously, very much a middle grounder type who just wants everyone to get along as beat as they can.

I love music of all kinds from metal to hip hop to pop to classic rock. I love prestige drama shows like Deadwood, The wire, Game of thrones, Breaking bad, etc.

Tend to just keep to myself and stay in my room for the most part Playing Games or watching YouTube. Though I am actively trying to change that and become more social and active again.
