G'day guys!!

Just in search of a room (preferably ensuite or own bathroom) in a nice, clean, tidy and respectable home relatively close to the beach.

Im a 37 year old working professional male. Originally a Sydneysider that recently moved to Melbourne after living abroad in Queenstown New Zealand for the last few years.

Im a very career driven, friendly, tidy, respectful, individual. By day im in the metal engineering and fabrication trade and most my weekends will ether be spent working extra hours, seeing family in Bendigo or away enjoying the outdoors.

Im a non smoker, and most of the time a non drinker apart from a very special occasion or to enjoy a sunset. I enjoy a laugh but also enjoy peace and quiet. Im very easygoing guy thats looking for a place to call home for the foreseeable future.

My journey in life at the moment is saving for a 2nd property while trying to enjoy the small amounts time I do get away from work in the outdoors, seeing family or just unwinding for the next week.
