I'm Nick, I work full-time in a microbiology lab and am looking to move closer to work.

I'm looking for a room ideally around Eight Mile Plains anywhere from $250-$310 per week. I'm flexible with the length of stay but ideally I'd like to stay 6+ months. My current lease expires on 23/01/2026 and I would like to move on or around 17/01/2025, but I can move the weekend of 10/01/2025 also.

I tend to keep to myself but if you're open to a chat I'm always happy to oblige. I'm easy-going, clean, tidy, and responsible when it comes to paying rent on time and keeping communal areas nice and tidy. More than happy to provide phone numbers of my previous landlord and housemates who I'm still friends with.

In my spare time you'll find me on a bushwalk, keeping active at the gym, or just chilling at home reading a book or playing video games. I also love meal prepping and baking which I'm always happy to share with flatmates.
