I’m easy-going, friendly and respectful of shared spaces. I work full-time as a System Development Manager, so I’m organised, reliable and communicate well. I’m house-proud, clean in common areas, and always on top of rent and bills. I enjoy a good balance of social time and downtime — I’m always up for a chat, shared meals or the occasional movie night, but I also respect everyone’s space. Outside of work I love the beach, good food and relaxing at home. I’m looking for a calm, friendly household with good vibes, open communication and mutual respect.
