Hi, I’m Ivy, a 28-year-old female from China.
I don’t have any pets or children. I’m respectful, friendly, easygoing, and enjoy a quiet environment.

I’m currently studying a Master of Social Work at UWA and will be starting my final full-time placement in February, so I’ll mostly be on a 9–5 weekday schedule.

What makes me easy to live with:
• I’m friendly and considerate, but usually keep to myself during the week as my placement keeps me busy.
• I value a clean and tidy home, always clean up after myself, and I’m happy to follow a cleaning roster.
• I’m reliable and always pay rent and bills on time.

In my free time, I enjoy swimming, reading, and spending time with friends.
I’m looking for a stable, quiet, and respectful household for a long-term stay (6–12 months or longer).
