Hi! We’re Maria and Brad, two fully house trained adults who enjoy a harmonious home, shared responsibilities and not being woken by someone doing a full kitchen deep clean at 3am.

We’re looking for two new housemates to team up with us to secure a rental in the Chermside area. Our goal is to create a calm, cooperative home from day one with people who genuinely value a peaceful living environment.

We’re hoping to find housemates who:
• Understand that chores are a team sport
• Believe shared expenses should actually be… shared
• Prefer a peaceful home over a reality TV level drama environment
• Are working toward their financial goals (we’re both saving for house deposits, so we get the grind)
