Hi! I’m 31, from France, and work as a researcher at a university. I’m looking for a room in Brisbane CBD or South Brisbane, in a calm and respectful household where people are friendly but also value their own space.

I’m quiet, tidy, and clean, and I take good care of shared areas. I work regular hours and prefer a relaxed home environment rather than a party house. I’m always happy to chat or share a meal occasionally, but I’m also quite independent.

My budget is approx. $400 per week, with some flexibility for the right place. I’m hoping to move in around 18 January (flexible) and am looking for a minimum 3-month stay, potentially longer.
