Hi everyone, my name is Leon. I’m a recent graduate from Otago University over in NZ, moving to Perth on the 27th of Jan.

I’m Looking for a place with people preferably somewhat around my age (20-30), in the areas I’ve selected, but open to it being pretty much anywhere central.

I’ve been flatting since I was 18 and am a clean and respectful flatmate who loves to get out and about, have a chat, but also more than happy to be left to my own devices.

I know a total of 1 person in Perth so would love to live with some social people as I am a fairly outgoing individual and am hoping to make some friends.

Currently in the process of applying for jobs, but am looking to be working full time. Should all be sorted by the time I arrive though.
