My name is Yongshan Ma, you can call me Max as well, and I am an international student who will soon be commencing my postgraduate studies at the University of Sydney in February. I am currently looking for a shared accommodation close to the University, with a friendly and respectful living environment.

I am a quiet, tidy, and easy-going person who values mutual respect and clear communication in shared living. I keep common areas clean, respect others’ privacy, and maintain a regular daily routine. I do not have pets, and rarely host guests.

My living expenses and rent are fully supported by my parents, who both have stable full-time employment. Their combined monthly income is approximately RMB 24,000, ensuring reliable financial support throughout my studies. I am able to pay rent on time and can provide supporting documents if required.
