A MSc Physiotherapy mature student from the UK, sourcing somewhere to live as I have a scheduled placement in the area.

I'm an active person who loves the outdoors and am really excited to live nearer to the ocean. This will be my second time in Australia and Sydney.

I’m easygoing, reliable, and very aware that shared spaces work best when everyone feels comfortable. I keep common areas clean, pay rent and bills on time, and respect quiet hours and personal space. I communicate clearly about plans or guests so there are no surprises, and I deal with any issues calmly and directly rather than letting things build up. I’m considerate with shared items, security-minded, and happy to compromise to keep the flat running smoothly. Overall, I’m low-drama, dependable, and someone you don’t have to worry about living with.
