Hi, I’m Nathan, and I have moved over to Sydney from Manchester with my Partner, Heidi.
As a couple, we enjoy being outdoors, going on coastal walks, to the beach, or running around the local park (we are training for the Sydney Marathon 2026!). As side from the healthy stuff, we love going for a coffee, to a nice restaurant and bars with live music.
Myself, I love any kind of sport, I play cricket, football and I’m partial to a game of tennis / padel. I’m involved in a couple of run clubs, I enjoy socialising with others, either over a coffee or a beer - I’m not fussy.
We are looking for a spacious apartment, that is conveniently located to the city and great transport links to the beach. This property hits the spec perfectly and after viewing, we can really envision ourselves living here and immersing into the busy community.
As a renter for over 5 years, from University to living in Manchester, I understand what a landlord expects. In short, to pay rent on time and take care of the house like it is our own home. I can assure you this is exactly what we will do, with clear communication and a positive relationship.
