Hi! We’re Swetha (26) and Nagendra (29) — postgraduate students at the University of Wollongong, Sydney Campus. We’re currently looking for two private rooms, or alternatively a studio, granny flat, or a 2-bedroom house.
We’re quiet, respectful, and responsible housemates who value a clean, peaceful living environment. We both have busy study schedules, so we treat the home as a calm, comfortable place to unwind. We’re non-smokers, not into parties, and we’re very mindful of shared spaces and neighbours.
We pay rent on time, communicate clearly, and take good care of the property as if it were our own. We’re friendly and easygoing but also independent, so we strike a good balance between being sociable and giving people their space.
