Hi,

Seeking a long-term home for myself and my 13.5-year-old dog.
She is well-behaved, loves people, doesn't jump on doors, and sleeps when I'm at work. She is fine with pet birds, wild birds, and some dog breeds (depending on their body language).

Preferably a studio/granny flat. Willing to rent 2 available rooms in a shared house.
Must have access to a fenced yard. Due to a TPLO surgery and arthritis in her back legs, I would prefer a ground-floor house.

I'm a happy loner, quiet, tidy, clean and respectful. I get up at 4 am every day, so ideally, no loud music/TV after 8.30 pm. I enjoy podcasts, documentaries, jigsaw puzzles, RPGs, long walks and gardening.

Seeking a respectful, mature, and considerate living environment - no party house, please. Zero tolerance for marijuana or other drugs.
