Hi! I am Afra (29F), an international medical graduate starting my masters at Griffith University in February. I am generally a social person but need my alone time and respectful of other people's boundaries. I have a range of hobbies from reading to traveling and always down to have a good time if I am not busy.

I am looking for an all female, clean, calm and relaxed place to settle. I am clean, respectful and open-minded. I will be pretty busy with my coursework but I would love to have a good relationship with my flat-mates and spend time to watch a movie or go out sometimes. I love pets, specially cats and dogs; so as long as the pet is kept clean I'm more than fine to live with one.

My budget is about 250-300 AUD/week, and I would like to find something within walking distance or a bus ride away from the Griffith Uni, Nathan campus. I expect to be in Brisbane in February, so house availability from 1st/2nd week of February would be ideal. Looking forward to hearing from you!
