I’m Welsh,26years old on my first year WHV. Just arrived from New Zealand after 2 years in New Zealand.
I work in a coffee shop in CBD.
Hoping to find a place to call home, live close to work, friends and family here close to the CBD. We are very flexible on where and when I can move in so feel free to ask!
I love the beach, cooking, sewing, outdoor sports, love some fun but also super chill. I want a place where we can connect with my housemates with a movie/casual drink or just to yarn but i love my own space and respectful of others’ too. I’m clean, easy going and reliable (as my references would agree).

Looking to spend around $250-$300 per week on a room/place that has AC and some form of outdoor area.

Wanting to move from 15th January (can be negotiated)
I have enough money to cover 1 years rent here so there would be guarantee we would not miss rent payments.
