We are a married couple, originally from Bangladesh, and we follow the Hindu faith. We are quiet, responsible, and non-smokers, and we take good care of the place we live in. We are looking for a long-term rental if suitable.
My husband is a pharmacist and i am a student of masters in Deakin University.

Our preference is for a fully furnished house or apartment that includes essential household appliances such as a refrigerator, washing machine, cooking facilities, and basic furniture.

I am looking to move in from 28 February. (As we will land on Melbourne at 27 feb 11 pm) My preference is a furnished 1-bedroom place with 1 bathroom. A shared/common kitchen is absolutely fine for me.

My budget is AUD 250 per week, inclusive of all bills.
