Hi, I’m a full-time university student studying near Sydney Olympic Park and looking for a quiet, long term place to stay (until at least June 2027).

I’m clean, organised and respectful of shared spaces. I don’t party, don’t smoke or drink and usually keep a calm routine focused on study, cycling, and daily life. I cook simple meals once or twice a day and always clean up after myself.

I value a peaceful, friendly home with clear communication and mutual respect. I have over one year of rental history with perfect payment record and can provide references if needed.

I’m ideally looking for a private room in a quiet household within biking distance of Sydney Olympic Park. Happy to move in mid January.
