I’m an incoming UWA student looking for a private room near campus. I’m tidy, respectful, and easygoing, and I value a clean and comfortable living space.
I’ll mostly be busy with uni, but I’m friendly and happy to chat while also respecting personal space. I don’t smoke or party at home. I’m looking for a place with a good vibe, preferably with Wi‑Fi included, and am planning to stay for around 5 months.
