I'm from Japan and I'm very clean, considerate and easy to live with. I've been living in Perth for about 4 months as a demi-pair and my current placement ends on January 17. I'm already settled here and comfortable with the city, and I can attend inspections in person.

My English is improving — I'm not fluent yet, but I can communicate and I want to practice more. I respect house rules and shared spaces, and I enjoy living with people who are kind and open-minded. At home I'm generally a quiet person, but I'm happy to chat and socialise. I love cooking and exploring Perth.

Now I'm looking for a longer-term place in Perth. My preferred move-in date is January 18, but I'm flexible.
