We are looking for a fully furnished or unfurnished studio, granny flat, self-contained unit or small apartment located within approximately 30 minutes’ drive of Brisbane City.

What we are looking for:

• A clean and quiet private property
• Suitable for two people
• One car parking space, preferably off-street
• Furnished or unfurnished
• A private kitchen and bathroom
• Located within approximately 30 minutes of Brisbane CBD

About us:

We are quiet, clean, respectful and responsible. I work full-time as a professional Structural Engineer. We do not smoke, have no pets and will take good care of the property.

Budget: Up to $550 per week
Move-in date: 10 August
Preferred stay: Approximately four months, with some flexibility

I have a clean rental history and can provide strong professional, personal and rental references.
