I am a designer, consultant and artist seeking a long term rental of six months or more, ideally a yearly lease. I am drawn to the arts, culture, film, reading, writing, nature, animals, travel and fashion. I value wellbeing and mindfulness, and regularly practise yoga and meditation. I am looking for a pet friendly place in Melbourne to genuinely call home.

I live with my calm and affectionate Ragdoll cat, who is clean, well behaved and very relaxed. His daily routine consists of sleeping, eating, quietly keeping company and purring. He does not bite or scratch furniture and gets along well with people and other animals, including dogs.

I have extensive experience living in flatshares and enjoy a balance of social connection and personal space. I am always up for good banter, shared laughs or thoughtful conversations, while also deeply appreciating quiet, calm and respectful living.

I am comfortable sharing meals with flatmates or cooking independently. I generally eat a healthy, balanced diet with less meat and dairy, though I am not vegan. I do not own furniture and will be moving in lightly with a suitcase and backpack, so a furnished place would be ideal. I’m allergic to cigarette smoke, so ideally flatmates that do not smoke would be best.

I am clean, tidy, considerate and reliable, and I take pride in maintaining a peaceful and harmonious home environment.
