Hi, I’m 37, working full-time, and looking for a room to rent. I consider myself kind and considerate, open to chatting and spending time with housemates but know when to give space. Im easy to get along with and have a positive outgoing personality. Currently I spend a lot of time at work, and gym most nights. Keep a very clean space and always clean up after myself. Tend not to use the kitchen too heavily as a prefer meal prep. When at home I tend to read and draw. Tend not to have people over, and prefer to go out for catch ups. Enjoy board games, drawing, reading, writing, movies, and games in my downtime.
