My name is Ariel, and I am a PhD student at the University of Technology Sydney. My boyfriend and I have recently relocated from England to Sydney.

We have a strong history as tenants in England and always took great care of the properties we lived in. We are quiet, respectful, clean, non-smokers, and we do not have pets or children. We take pride in maintaining our home to a high standard and are accustomed to regular, thorough cleaning and responsible day-to-day care of the property.
