Anf and Cindy

I’m 47 and work part-time as a small-business marketing consultant, freelance content writer, and teacher. I just completed a Certificate IV in Screen and Media (Journalism) at TAFE.

My wife, Cindy, is 49 and has just completed an Events Certificate at TAFE. She’s currently looking for work and enjoys creative, hands-on projects. Cindy loves gardening and baking.

We’re calm, respectful, and easygoing renters who genuinely look after the places we live in. Outside of work and study, we enjoy nature walks, yoga, keeping active at home, and travelling when we can. We’re also focused on building long-term stability and financial independence together.

We tend to be more introverted, but we’re friendly and happy to get to know our housemates and neighbours. Our home vibe is clean, quiet, and drama-free. We don’t smoke, don’t have pets or kids, and treat a home like it’s our own.
