I’m a full-time professional working in the banking sector and am looking for a clean, quiet, and well-maintained home.

I lead a low-key lifestyle, keep shared areas tidy, and am respectful of others’ space and routines. I work standard business hours and am ideally seeking a long-term, stable arrangement in a calm household.

I’m easy to get along with and would prefer a home with up to four occupants including myself.

My preference is to be within walking distance of a train station, with off-street parking being a bonus.
