Hi, I am moving to NSW from Victoria for work, and am looking for a place to call home. I am open to living anywhere in NSW that's within 40km of the city. My preference is a small, private place that is affordable, so something like a granny flat, a cottage or a 1 bed flat (no sharehouse).
I am a clean, organised and respectful individual. I do not drink or smoke. In my spare time I enjoy reading philosophy, psychology, poetry, drawing, meditating and exercising. I like to share food, exchange stories and help others in their time of need.
