Hello there...I am a 50 year old professional woman - I am quiet, neat / clean up after myself, organised and mostly prefer doing my own thing in my spare time. I work monday to friday part-time and enjoy walking, yoga and tennis. I like cooking, spend most evenings in - happy to have a chat in front of the tv or keeping myself busy - I am writing a book (ask me about it 😋) . I have grownup daughters that may pop in for dinner every now and then but not a party animal and not looking for a party house. I love animals and nature and like people who are respectful to their environments. Happy to help where-ever I can...
Moving for new job in Haberfield. Shift work but generally between 8am to 12am. I have an 8 yr old dog named Bella who is a shy girl and gentle soul who seems part otter as she love the water and often joins me on my paddle board and kayak. I like to unwind with a few wines and BBQ. Would love to find a place near water and need space to store my paddle board and kayak and scuba gear.I'm neat, tidy and share house trained. No drama and looking for a long term home. I have a long wheel base hiace van kitted out as a camper and a Honda CR-V so parking of some kind is important -on street unrestricted is fine. Like to hit the road with the dog when I get a decent break from work. I have accumulated some furniture and lots of kitchen stuff as I love too cook. I can bring it with me or keep in storage. I’m an outdoor smoker and happy to avoid common and shared areas outside if in use by those who don’t smoke. Looking forward to making a new set of adventures and friendships Cheers👍
Hello I'm Brad, a 22 year old male looking to move into somewhere new towards the end of October. I work as a paramedic at Northmead. I also have a Dog called Koby that I'm looking to move with. He's an 8 year old border collie x Kelpie and is the most affectionate/beautiful dog you will ever meet. He's very excited when you first meet him but he's getting a bit older now so he's happy to lay around in the sun all day. More about me: I'm originally from the central coast and have been living in Sydney for a year and a half now. I work shift work hours. I enjoy surfing, skating, running and snowboarding. If I sound like the type of person (and Koby) who would fit well into your place, flick me a message
Hi! My name is Eden, I'm a currently studying a bachelor of science doing a double major in sustainable resource management and psychology at Newcastle University. Which means that I have to travel to university throughout the week. I also work weekends in a bar and finish late (but I am super quiet coming in), and also work part time during the week. My partners name is Aaron, he is from the uk and will be on a working holiday visa while we work towards a partner visa. Aaron has a degree in sport coaching and is a big football fan. Very easy going couple, respect others space but do enjoy a drink or two at the end of a long day (no partying). I’m looking for a sharehouse/room for rent with a private room in a relaxed, clean household. No preference of male/female ratio or age. Look forward to hearing from you, thanks so much
I work full time in the film and tv industry, I’m quite creative and driven and love what I do. I’m out most of the working week, and like being outdoors and active on the weekends. I’ve lived in a few different share house situations so I’m pretty patient and understanding as long as there is mutual respect! I‘m quite friendly and would love to find some people that get along well but also like my own space and can respect that of others! I’d love to share a glass of wine or beer after work and some guilty pleasure trash tv. I can come with a bunch of big furniture (fridge, washing machine, 2x ikea couches, tv, table) etc and I am most interested in starting up at a new place with flat mates ☺️ Please send a message with any ideas or info! X
Hi, I am happy go lucky, easy going 28 year old who is looking for some equally laid back house mates. I am working full time in North Ryde and am wanting to leave within 30 min drive. I am tidy and courteous, more than happy to share a meal and drinks over some good conversation or netflix. I have lived in share houses for many years so am used to living with other people. I spend my spare time keeping active, tiring the dog out, the usual reading books/ watching netflix or hitting up the Sydney beaches. My real bonus is the the 2 cats and dog that I have who provide endless entertainment (and are well trained). Liking animals is a must. Looking for 6-12 months accommodation.
Very quiet, clean and considerate of others. I’m an introvert so I enjoy quiet nights in. I love reading, water sports and keeping active! I have a bachelor of speech pathology and am working full time as a medical receptionist. 🙂
We are a couple, who always do our best to make other laughing, and keeping a good atmosphere. We achieve this by playing quitar, making jokes, listening to you :) I love a clean house, so I love to clean. We work full- time and Peter goes to school and works. We don´t smoke and we do not accept smoking in the house (outside it is fine). We will stay here at least till September 2019 so we search for a perfect rent (for a long term the best).
24 yo male working full time, have lived with people before, looking for a couple of people to team up with and start a new share house, or a room in an established house with some nice housemates. Can cook - but only with frozen food and a microwave. Also have a decent amount of kitchen stuff that capable cooks might actually use. Capable of basic home maintenance and repair. I keep my mess to myself and common areas tidy. Generally happy to keep in my own company but comfortable being social with people too.
I am a friendly, clean and tidy 29 year old who is looking for someone similar to find a place with. I am social but also very respectful of people’s space and privacy. I am a primary school teacher so work regular full time hours.
Single mature male looking for room to rent preferably within a property with a backyard. Spend my week (including saturdays) working as an electrician. Out of these hours I enjoy keeping fit and making the most of my time left, whether it be at the beach or returning back home for the weekend. Into music scene and attend gigs often, always open to having people tag along. If permissible, I have 2 x dogs that I would like to bring with me (they do not live inside) but can understand if unable to do so.
Hi I'm a friendly man who is happy to clean up after myself and likes to keep my room fairly tidy. I'm fairly busy doing my own thing but also am pretty social when I'm in the mood. I'm a fairly good cook as I studied to be a chef . I'm working in sales . I like bbqs and going for walks and visiting local restaurants and cafes . I also have a bicycle and a car. I like reading and watching some tv ( I own a small tv ) I'm not a big party person and fairly quite . I prefer a unfurnished room and I own a medium sized fridge & small washing machine which I'm able to share. Thanks from Jim
Hi I'm Rachael, I am a 34 year old Aussie Nurse. I work full time shift work hours. I like to keep pretty busy with work and socializing with friends, procrastinating about going to the gym, so I'm not home all the time, but also love hanging at home watching TV with a glass of wine.
I'm a student studying music at the Sydney Con (I play saxophone) and I work teaching privately in a few schools. I also work in OOSH care during the holidays. I'm a sydney resident (Northwest Sydney). I'm able to cook and I don't think I'm a huge inconvenience to live with (Happy to clean and hang stuff etc.). I generally watch movies or read if I'm not playing saxophone and I like to eat a lot. As long as I'm close enough to uni I won't really be practising at home so I can spare people the noise but otherwise a practise friendly household would be lovely.
Easy going, outdoorsy. Like to cook and share meals. I enjoy the company of others, but also respect their privacy and routines. Non-smoking only. Length of stay 3 months and longer.
We are two friendly exchange students from Munich, Germany that are looking for a nice place to live till the end of december. Sadly, we have to leave our current accomodation due to personal need of the owner. We are clean and like to cook, chat and have chilled evenings with a nice glass of wine. We would love to find a place with people that are social as well. Since we are on exchange, we will probably spend most of our weekends exploring beautiful Sydney. We are really flexible people and would love to find you as our future flatmate! :)

I'm an Aussie professional relocating back to Sydney from the US. Looking for a furnished sublet on the lower north shore or inner city from Jan 2019. I will be a professional, quiet, reliable tenant. Please note, I am not looking for share accommodation, but am seeking my own place such as a sublet, a granny flat, or an entire place for rent without roommates.
I'm a relaxed guy that enjoys a mix of socialising with roommates but also can turn the TV on and chill without saying a word. I grew up in Sydney but have spent a few years in Canada and a short stint in Adelaide. I enjoy new experiences and adventure and have been to NZ, Cambodia and the US, safe to say I'm accepting of people from all walks of life. I'm work full time in the Group Training/ Apprenticeship Industry and get home around 7pm every night, so you don't have to worry about a full time couch potato living in your home. I love sports, adventure and travel. I play AFL, Ice Hockey and occasionally rockclimb. If you enjoy bad puns, don't mind a good Netflix series and copious amounts of dumplings, we'll get along.
I'm an editor and programmer and former massage therapist, looking for somewhere to settle down as long-term as possible, somewhere that feels comfortable to come back home to. I'm polite, neat, and have eclectic interests. Somewhat introverted, but I like conversation and the occasional karaoke or trivia night too. Would prefer an unfurnished place - I like my bed and don't want to go through the hassle of disposing of it after those years of loyal service. (Also, thank you for the interest, it's very flattering, but my budget is $240 - maybe $250 for a super-amazing house of wonder)
Hi guys! I’m a full time postgraduate student at Macquarie University, studying Masters of Public Health! I’m a home body but love a good night out and always keen to chat! Love coastal walks, exploring the food scene in Sydney and chilling out! I’m very particular about cleanliness and I will respect your private space! x
I'm seeking a non-smoking share house with similarly quiet-living, clean and considerate housemate/s of any age. I have a background in the arts, both study and workwise, along with assorted admin roles. Nowadays I'm researching and writing so while this occurs within my room, a larger home environment involving some fun with shared conversations and a sense of goodwill are definite sweeteners! I have an excellent rental history, secure income and a responsible nature. My entries for move date and length of stay are nominal (as required info) and as such, are flexible.
I've just moved back to Sydney for work, from up the coast. Currently renting a room at West Ryde but would like somewhere that's a bit more suited to my dog, a little staffie cross kelpie. Looking for somewhere with a decent backyard, and ideally somewhere there's already a dog so there's a bit of company for him while I'm at work. I run a marketing team for a company that makes camping gear. I split my time between here and Port Macquarie, up there every second weekend or so. I work at Silverwater mostly extended office hours Monday to Friday but occasionally am away for work. I'm very easy going, quiet and respectful. Keen to make some new mates now I'm back down here in Sydney. Into 4WDs, camping and motorbikes, and somewhere secure to keep a few tools and a motorbike or two would be a massive bonus. Pretty flexible with move-in dates, just need to give 2 weeks notice where I'm at now.
Easy going, good sense of humour, clean, reliable and mature professional looking for a quiet but sociable home environment to come home to after a long day at the office. I enjoy cooking and a good laugh over a beer or a glass of red occasionally, but pretty much do my own thing. I get to the gym regularly, eat healthy and play a little guitar when I find some time. Fast reliable internet access is a must as I sometimes work from home. References can be provided if required. I have all my own bedroom furniture and need a large room with a built in and my own bathroom and if there is some secure storage space i.e LUG that would be a bonus but not a deal breaker.
I cook clean and love to share very tidy and happy to participate in any shopping for the home or contibute to the house in anyway.... Gym enthusiast.... easy going Chilled and happy to chat after a days work "if welcomed" I understand we all lead busy lives.... Typically full on during the week hence working professional from 9 till 5.... Tend to leave by around 8 and home by about 7ish I tend to dine out on weekends and of course catch up on any chores around the home....
Hey guys, I am and 18 yr old who is currently renting a property with my best friend in the central west and we are looking at moving to the city. We are ideally looking for a room to share for 6 months. We both work part time where we live now and I personally am still studying. We are both kind hearted, honest, reliable, hardworking individuals that are a lot of fun. Both non smokers with no pets. Both single and not looking for partners.
I'm an energetic but easy-going 20-year-old balancing full-time work and study. In my spare time, I enjoy hitting the gym, exploring the outdoors, cooking, and chilling with my fur-baby (my 2-year-old, extremely cuddly, quiet, toilet trained and well-behaved chihuahua). I'd love to hang out with my flatmates and bond over some good wine and cheese every once in a while, but am also happy doing my own thing. I'm always willing to lend a hand, especially with cleaning and the like. I do drive, but ideally looking for somewhere near-ish public transport. Please shoot me a message if you think I may be a good fit in your home, or if you have any questions. Thanks!
Nice guy, house trained in cooking and cleaning. Can be social or as quiet as a mouse. I work alot, travel alot, and exercise alot.
Hi I'm an MBA student and working part time in a tech company. I'm looking for a quiet and clean place. I'm happy and cheerful; but not a party person anymore, mostly because of my work hours and full-time studies, however I enjoy occasional friends visits or sharing meals & drinks with my housemates (I've recently moved to Sydney, I don't have many friends here though). - Huge fan of cats and dogs; so I'd love to have some fluffy companions around - I may consider increasing my max budget if your room has an en-suite bathroom Look forward to hearing from you soon! Cheers, J
