Per Aquino and Claudio

Hi! We’re clean, tidy and quiet people.
Per is currently working full-time, and Clau is studying ELICOS in Coolangatta while also working remotely as a lawyer for Argentina.
We’re currently looking for a place to stay. Ideally, we’d love a place with easy access to the 700 bus line to make commuting easier, a private bathroom, and a car space would be a big plus.
We’re responsible, respectful, non-smokers, and always on time with rent payments.
We’re hoping to find a calm and comfortable place to live.
