Bas van Dongen

Hi there, I am Bas, a 34-year-old Dutch (Holland) engineer that lived in Perth since July 2023 and is now making the move to Brissy.

I am an easy-going, friendly, social guy who is calm and collective. I like to be active, explore cuisine, and of course, the country. I like to cook but I dont need to cook more than 2 - 3 times a week.

I work 5 days a week at an office in Spring Hill. I am more often than not away from home and also expect me to be exploring the east coast during the weekends.

In Perth, I had my own house that I shared with a couple for over two years. I am therefore not new to house sharing and know how to keep it nice for everyone. Shared spaces I'll keep tidy, I won't be having any parties, dont use drugs, or create drama in any way. I am handy so I can help out in the house if needed.

Looking for a place for 2-3 months from 1st of Feb with the possibility of extending. Ideally, I share the place with one person (man or female) who is easy-going, organised and kind. Any questions, please shoot :)

Ah, if the bedroom has a wooden floor instead of carpet that's a big plus!

I'm leaving Perth last week of Jan/first week of Feb. Therefore, a proper pre inspection or get to know each other will be difficult. Open for a call to see if we fit as alternative :)
