A little about me – I’m a student at UWA and work casually, so I’m responsible with rent and always pay on time. I’m clean, respectful, and easygoing. I don’t smoke or drink, and I only go out occasionally—so no parties inside the house. I’d be a great fit for a peaceful and tidy household.
