I’m 24 years old and looking for a room in a share house around Brompton / Mile end / Thebarton / inner-west or near the CBD.

I work full-time in Waterloo Corner and have a motorbike, so commuting and parking are easy for me. I’m clean, respectful, and easy-going — I enjoy a good chat or hanging out, but I also respect personal space.

Outside of work I like catching up with friends in the city, grabbing food or drinks, surfing when I can, and keeping active. I’m not a party animal at home and I’m very reliable with rent and bills.

Ideally looking to move in from 23 of February, with a budget of around $350 per week.
