Looking for a long term lease transfer in July or August (12 months)

posting this very early on so I have some time to figure things out.

I'm looking for a house share in very early August (that's when my current lease ends) If anyone else has a lease ending around that time, even in July I'd love to get in contact.

I'm 29, a photographer, barista (can make you a bomb coffee with some latte art!), and a writer/poet. I work most of the week, and some weekends as well. Enjoy cooking when I'm in the mood, or trying new cafes and restaurants.
I also love a sweet treat and promise to always have snacks to share 🍰🍦

Ideally would love to be part of a creative neurodivergent house and hopefully make some new friends, or join a home that's quite sociable.
