I live in Sydney and have a stable full-time job. I am looking for accommodation in Newcastle for my daughter, Ella, who will be a new student at the University of Newcastle, starting on 26 January.

Ella is a female student, friendly, easy-going, clean and respectful. She is looking for a female-only share house or a studio, preferably close to Callaghan campus or with convenient public transport to the university.

We have stable income, and I will be responsible for paying Ella’s rent and accommodation costs during her studies. We are reliable and can provide references if needed.

She is hoping to move in late January.
