Hi, my name’s Mahnoor and I’d like a place to live with just my sister (no other flatmates). We are both very clean, respectful, responsible, friendly, and take very good care of wherever we live. We are both students who live simple lifestyles and aren’t too loud or rowdy, so you can be sure that we will be a pleasant pair of people to deal with.
Please keep in mind that my sister turns 18 in 6 months. I hope this is not an issue and that we could work out some arrangement, perhaps where I take full responsibility for the lease, and she is simply an occupant.
Note: Move-in date is very flexible for us. We can move in any time, but preferably by February.
