I’m a 33-year-old non-smoking female and can move in anytime. I’ve just graduated with a master’s degree from Monash and am currently job hunting. I’ve lived in my current place for two years and I am on good terms with my landlady and roommates—they can provide email references. I’m not ocd about cleanliness, but I keep my own areas tidy and organised. If possible, I’d prefer a quieter living environment.
