Hello! My name is Diego, Spanish 24 years old. I will be moving to Perth for my Master Thesis from 7th february and I am looking for a mid-term rent (5-6 months) with a budget between 250-320. I am looking for a furnished room in shared appartment close to UWA (Nedlands, Claremont, Subiaco, Cottesloe, City Beach…), but open to hear other options.
