We are a group of three responsible young women looking for a property that we can truly call home. Our household includes two PhD candidates at UNSW and one recent university graduate. We lead a very quiet and studious lifestyle due to our academic commitments. We are non-smokers and we do not have any pets. I have always maintained a clean rental record and I ensured all rent and bills were paid on time at my previous student accommodation. We are looking for a 12 month lease and are ready to move in immediately. We have all of our references prepared and would be very grateful for the opportunity to care for your property.
