Hey, just moved to Perth from Victoria and am looking for a room to rent! I’m a 40 yo female carpenter about to start a course at TAFE. Looking for a 6 mo lease but could do longer. I’m respectful, tidy, and enjoy a peaceful living environment. I’m easygoing and can live with people of all ages but would prefer not to live in a party house. I do have a vehicle so would need a place to park. Other than that I’m pretty flexible and am used to sharing spaces. I don’t know much about Perth so am open to suburbs other than the ones I have listed as well
