Hi, my name is Alexandra Kim.

I understand that the housing market here is quite competitive, so I’d like to introduce myself a bit more personally.

I graduated from university in Korea with a major in Biotechnology. Wanting to deepen my academic interests, I am currently in Australia on a student visa studying Pharmacy.

I’m a calm, respectful, and fairly introverted person. I value a peaceful living environment and am very mindful of shared spaces. I’m clean, tidy, and always make sure common areas are kept neat, so you can expect me to be a considerate and easygoing flatmate.

I’m also very animal-friendly. Cats and dogs are more than welcome, and I’m equally comfortable with other pets such as turtles, hamsters, or even snakes. I’m very open-minded when it comes to animals.

Lastly, I’m a big coffee lover and enjoy making a cup every morning. If you’re a coffee person too, I’d be more than happy to share one with you.
